The Company is not continuing to operate whilst the Administrators examine the financial position of the Company. The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the company and without personal liability.

Reasons

Due to the economic downturn and high fuel prices ABC Coaches Ltd bankers were unable to continue to offer a credit line for ABC to trade further.  

Customers with existing Bookings
A full review of all customers booking is currently taking place by the Administrators in order to determine which bookings are possible to fulfill. The Administrators will be contacting all customers as soon as is reasonably practical to advise as to whether individual bookings will be fulfilled. In addition customers should put a claim in with their travel insurance company which they were advised by ABC prior to make a booking with ABC.

In the event that certain bookings are not fulfilled, customers should seek a refund via their credit/debit card providers.

Suppliers
All supplier orders have been suspended and should not be completed without the express authorisation of the Administrators.
